Refund Policy


Cancellation and Refund Policy for Sellers

Sellers have the right to cancel any securities offered for sale on the Portal unless the said securities are confirmed by the Buyer. Otherwise, the Seller will be charged Rs. 5,000 or 1% of the total value of the securities sold on the Portal (whichever is higher).

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Buyers

Buyers have no right to cancel purchase orders for securities offered for sale on the Portal. In case the Buyer confirms the purchase of the said securities and the Seller cancels the transaction through no fault of the Buyer, the entire amount paid by the Buyer will be refunded to the Buyer.
