Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our stock market and investment services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and providing guidance on investment products and stock market opportunities. The role requires excellent communication skills, sales expertise, and a strong understanding of financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and HNI (High Net Worth Individual) clients.
Promote stock broking, demat accounts, trading accounts, mutual funds, IPOs, and other investment products.
Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.
Regularly engage with clients to provide market updates and investment insights.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Cross-sell financial products and services to existing clients.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Resolve client queries and provide exceptional customer service.
Monitor client portfolios and identify opportunities for business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in stock broking, wealth management, financial services, or investment advisory.
Strong knowledge of equity markets, mutual funds, IPOs, and financial products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
NISM certification will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
