The company operates and develops hospitality brands such as Sunday Hotels, Palette Hotels, Belvilla, and Townhouse across India and selected international markets. Its focus is primarily on upscale and mid-premium hospitality assets located in metro cities, leisure destinations, wildlife tourism regions, and pilgrimage hubs. By integrating real-estate ownership with operational management, Sunday PropTech aims to generate recurring cash flows while also benefiting from property appreciation over time.

In 2025, Sunday PropTech raised significant institutional funding to accelerate expansion. A consortium led by InCred and Analah invested ₹50 crore into the business, followed by a larger ₹125 crore equity raise aimed at supporting hotel acquisitions and new property development. The company announced plans to acquire multiple hotels during FY26 and expand the Sunday Hotels portfolio with dozens of new four-star and five-star properties across strategic travel destinations in India.

Financially, the company has projected strong growth over the next few years. Management indicated expectations of approximately ₹42 crore EBITDA in FY26, with plans to nearly triple EBITDA by FY27 through portfolio expansion and operational efficiencies. The business has also emphasized shareholder returns, including dividend payouts supported through operating cash flows, reflecting a focus on sustainable profitability rather than purely growth-led expansion.

Sunday PropTech’s broader strategic positioning places it alongside hospitality asset-owning companies such as SAMHI Hotels and Chalet Hotels, but with the additional advantage of leveraging OYO and PRISM’s technology ecosystem, distribution reach, and hospitality operating expertise. This hybrid model of real-estate ownership combined with tech-enabled hotel operations is central to the company’s long-term growth strategy.
